Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Aqanum collects and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you add it, a display name.
- Your product: the URL and answers you give in the quiz and onboarding, your lesson progress and notes, and the reports our agents produce.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer ID and the card brand, last four digits and expiry to show your saved card. Full card details never reach our servers.
- Listing Copilot connector: if you connect an AI agent, it receives your listing queue and copy through a personal API key. We store only a hash of the key and when it was last used; you can revoke it at any time.
- Usage: basic logs (IP address, browser, pages, errors) to keep the service secure and working, and visits counted on tracked links you create.
How we use it
To provide the cabinet and the AI agents, to process payments, to send sign-in codes and service emails, to prevent abuse and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), an email delivery provider, and AI model providers that process your product information to generate reports. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]; payment records may be kept as required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. The landing stores your quiz answers in your browser so you don't lose them.
To see which pages and steps work, we count visits anonymously: a random ID kept in your browser (not a cookie) is sent with events such as “opened the quiz” or “paid”. We do not store your IP address and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
If you leave your email in the landing quiz, we email you a copy of your preview and at most one reminder a day later — only after you confirm your address with one click. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you buy.
