Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aqanum (aqanum.com and app.aqanum.com), an online product that teaches founders how to get their first customers, and a Copilot that plugs into the founder's own AI assistant to list their product and research their market.

What you buy

A one-time payment gives one person lifetime access to the Aqanum cabinet (the lessons, the Day 1 directory list, the launch plan board and your reports) and a license key for Aqanum Copilot, including the Product Profile and Listing Copilot workflows. Access is digital and starts right after payment; nothing is shipped. Lifetime means for as long as Aqanum operates.

Copilot and your own AI

Copilot is an MCP server that you connect to an AI assistant you already use (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Claude Desktop). The workflows run on that assistant, under your own account with its provider and at your own cost there; Aqanum does not charge per run. Aqanum supplies the instructions, your product data, the places database, tracked links, and stores the results in your cabinet. Keep your license key private; it works while your access is active and can be revoked in the cabinet.

Pro Workflows

Pro Workflows is an optional one-time add-on: offered at checkout and later in the cabinet, at the price shown before you pay. It unlocks the Pro workflows in Copilot for as long as Aqanum operates. There is no subscription and no stored balance.

Your account

You sign in with the email used at checkout. Keep access to that email; do not share your account. You are responsible for the content you submit (for example your product URL and answers) and for how you use the reports.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aqanum to send spam, to submit misleading listings, to bypass CAPTCHAs or other security measures, or to break the rules of third-party sites. Directory submissions are always made by you.

No guaranteed results

Aqanum provides education and research. Results depend on your product, your offer and your execution; we do not promise any number of customers, sales or revenue. Reports are generated by your AI assistant from public data and may contain mistakes — check before you act.

Liability

Aqanum is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
